90 Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our policy lasts 90 days from the date of your order. If it has passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or change the product.

The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and must be contained in the original packaging.

We do NOT offer returns if the customer has changed his mind about the order, as the same guarantee is offered up to 2 hours after the purchase of the product, as the warehouse will process the order as soon as it is received from the platform of logistics.

We DO NOT offer returns for delays in delivery, if not deriving from personal agreements made between the CALMEEP Team and the customer himself. However, our warranty covers the event that the product is not received within 50 days of placing the order.

To make a return, you must present a proof of purchase.

Once we have received and verified your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a set number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card provider, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

We suggest that you notify us by email before proceeding with the return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping fees to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item that is worth more than 75 usd, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

  1. If the product is damaged or not working, make a demonstration video and send it to
  2. To take advantage of the warranty, no more than 90 days must have passed since the order.
  3. The images sent must have the Date and Time of the Treatment clearly visible in the photo;
  4. If you do not respect our conditions, we will not be able to assure a refund. Incomplete applications cannot be refunded;
  5. If successful, we will explain how to proceed.

We are free to (reasonably) refuse reimbursement if we are not satisfied with the evidence provided.

The shipping costs of the refund and the process itself are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not offer refunds for those who have not provided sufficient evidence to prove that the product is damaged or not working. If your request does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded

Once approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.
