HANDLING
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2/4 business days, during peak periods this can increase to within 4/6 business days

CALMEEP is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in case of delayed shipping due to product availability. Shipping sometimes may have longer delivery time up to 15/20 days.

CALMEEP does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. CALMEEP will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.

LOCAL DESTINATION TAX & DUTIES

CALMEEP has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them. CALMEEP advises the customer to check with the local custom agency before placing the order.
